I’m Marcel Scur, entrepreneur and creator of the SCUR Group ecosystem, which unites fashion, technology, and business education brands. With over 20 years of experience leading industrial, retail, and digital operations across Latin America, I’ve built my career transforming challenges into structured, scalable businesses.

From my early years in the industrial sector, through various leadership roles across Latin America, I specialized in operational management, cost reduction, and organizational development, leading teams of hundreds and implementing high-efficiency processes to achieve outstanding productivity and results.

Today, as Co-Founder of PROBIZ, I lead the development of intelligent solutions for entrepreneurs – combining automation, strategy, and human intelligence to help small and medium businesses achieve efficiency, profitability, and growth. Under the SCUR Group, I also lead brands such as Caribe Beachwear, Onix Medical Uniforms, Todo Para Revender, Pijama de Seda, Malandra Wear, and EmpleoYa.
